Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Shimano 36V frame battery: repair
This 36V Shimano battery with 15 Ah is mounted on the frame. Bikes that use it include the Merida eOne-Forty, the Cross Maverix, the Husqvarna GS6 and the Brinke Overland Di2.
KWS can repair it: we revive a pack that dropped too low during storage, fit a new BMS or circuit board and repair a damaged charging port. Our first step on this Shimano pack is a test of the cells and the BMS. You then receive a proposal including the price, and the job begins once you say yes. When you decline, the battery returns to you for the inspection fee stated on this page.
Cell replacement is not available for this Shimano battery.
