The new battery we supply for this type has 15 Ah, while the original B94 has 10 Ah. So you get more range from the same bike.

That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.
We know after the intake test, because the price depends on the part that has failed. You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.

Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Yamaha B94 36V: new, electronics or charging port
The Yamaha B94 is a rear-rack battery of 36 V and 10 Ah. According to our catalogue it is fitted to, among others, the Batavus Razer, Senero and Zonar and the Haibike Alltrack. For this type you can choose a new 15 Ah battery, an electronics repair or a new charging port.
Is the battery worn out and do you want to keep riding? The new 15 Ah battery is the quickest route, and it takes you further than the original 10 Ah. If your battery no longer switches on while the cells are still good, we repair or replace the electronics.
