Flyer E3 fault: repair with a reset button

The E3 fault shows up on the Flyer Next Generation battery and on the Gazelle Panasonic battery of the same generation. The pack refuses to work until the fault is cleared. KWS clears it and fits a small reset button in the casing.

The button sits under a sticker so no water gets into the battery. Does the E3 fault come back later? Press the sticker with a pen and the button clears it, without sending the battery in again.

At the moment this repair is listed as unavailable on this page. Do you have a Flyer or Gazelle battery with an E3 fault? Ask our customer service what we can do for it.
