Have your battery inspected

Is the connector burnt or worn, or is the casing of your e-bike battery broken? Have the battery repaired and you do not need a new one. One small fault can make an e-bike battery useless, and a small fault is something we can fix. A repair is not the same as a cell replacement (re-celling). In a cell replacement we replace the entire battery pack. In a repair we replace only a connector, the BMS (battery management system) or the casing. That costs less than a new battery or a cell replacement, and you are soon back on the road with your e-bike. Want to have your e-bike battery inspected? Below you can see how we do it.

How does an inspection work?

1 Send us the battery, the charger that belongs to it and a description of the problem.
2 We inspect the battery carefully for problems and faults. First we check whether it is safe to handle; you can read more about that on our page about working safely with lithium-ion batteries.
3 We contact you and advise you on the solution that fits your battery.

Is your battery swollen, is it leaking, or does it have fire or water damage? Then do not simply send it in, but contact us first. Separate transport rules apply to damaged lithium batteries.
