. When you send us the battery, put your own charger in the box as well. We test them together.The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 16.7Ah, 13.4Ah, 10Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Prophete Trio 36V carrier battery: new cells, three capacities
The Prophete Trio runs on a 36V carrier battery of 10 Ah. A pack that once covered a whole afternoon and now gives up halfway has worn cells, and replacing those brings the range back.
Battery revision is the option for that: a full cell replacement in your own casing. Keep the original 10 Ah, or go to 13.4 Ah or 16.7 Ah if you want more distance per charge. Once you pick a capacity above, its price appears. You get a two-year warranty on the new cells.
Book the Trio battery in on this page and send it to us. Our first step is a test of the cells and the BMS; if that shows a fault in the electronics rather than tired cells, the proposal you receive is for a repair. Nothing starts without your approval.
