Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Tenways CGO800S frame battery: new cells at 10 Ah
Fewer kilometres from every charge on your Tenways CGO800S points to tired cells. This 36V frame battery holds 10 Ah from the factory and charges on a 42V charger with a standard plug. The housing around those cells is normally still in good shape.
That is why the Battery revision option on this page is a full cell replacement inside the casing you already own. We fit 10 Ah, the same capacity your bike came with, so your original range returns. Select it and its price is shown above. Your new cells are backed by a two-year warranty.
