We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.
We know after the intake test, because the price depends on the part that has failed. You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Trojan GC2 lithium 24V 65 Ah: repair
Trojan stopped making the GC2 lithium in November 2025. If one 24V battery of 65 Ah in your golf cart set fails, you can no longer buy a new one to match the others. Trojan lists this version under code TRL-GC2-24-M.
KWS repairs the faulty unit so the rest of the set can stay in the cart. We recover a battery that has been run flat and left too long, replace a failed BMS or circuit board and repair the charging connection.
The cells and the BMS are measured first. You then receive a proposal with the price, and the repair starts once you agree. If you decide against it, the battery is returned for the inspection fee stated on this page. Cell replacement is not offered for the GC2.
