Frequently asked questions
The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.
Just the battery and the charger. The scooter stays with you. Take the battery out and register it on this page. If you cannot get it out, contact us first.
In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Te verwachten actieradius van een Zerobikes batterij revisie
Kiest u voor een Zerobikes motoraccu revisie dan bepaalt u welke capaciteit u wil hebben. Nadat de accurevisie is volbracht zal bij identiek gebleven motoraccuspecificaties, de actieradius van de Zerobikes motor accu het niveau bereiken van de accu in nieuwtoestand. Aangezien de Zerobikes motoraccurevisie de mogelijkheid biedt om de motor accucapaciteit uit te laten breiden, zal dit de actieradius van de accu dienovereenkomstig evenredig doen toenemen. Een verdubbeling van de accucapaciteit resulteert in een verdubbeling van de te rijden afstand.
Het proces van de Zerobikes accurevisie
Is de Zerobikes motoraccu eenmaal op onze locatie aangekomen, wordt hij grondig getest met de bedoeling, de bron van het mankement op te sporen. Onze diagnose is er op gericht dat symptomen en de oorzaak hiervan te verhelpen. Accuprestaties die afnemen kunnen immers worden veroorzaakt door een defecte acculader, BMS, of de regelelektronica in de accu. Normale slijtage is vaak oorzaak en gevolg in één. Nadat alle werkzaamheden zijn afgerond, maar voordat we een geheel gereviseerde accu terug sturen, wordt deze nog eenmaal geladen en ontladen terwijl alle belangrijke parameters van de accu tegelijkertijd met speciale meet- en testapparatuur worden gemonitord. Pas nadat alle resultaten van de test de kwaliteit van de reparaties heeft bevestigd, wordt de gereviseerde accu verzendklaar gemaakt.
Klachten van de Zerobikes 19TB1119 / 46-08227 motor accu
Naarmate de motoraccu slijt dan kan het zijn dat de Zerobikes accu klachten krijgt. Een van de meest voorkomende klachten is onder andere het verlies van de trapondersteuning tijdens een toertocht en de snelle terugloop van de capaciteit. Dit laatste houdt in dat het aantal beloofde kilometers, oftewel de actieradius, op één geladen batterij niet gehaald wordt. Het gebruik van het display en haar weergave is niet voor iedereen even gemakkelijk en logisch. Soms vermeldt het display een storing die niet goed te herleiden is. Ook kunt U er tegen aan lopen dat de motor er tijdens een tocht het opeens niet meer doet of stopt bij een ladingspercentage van rond de 50%.
