That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.

You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Expect approximately 10 workdays from the moment your battery is booked in. The exact time depends on what we find in the intake test. You can follow the status in your own account, and the current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Flyer SIB battery with round connector, 36V 16 Ah
This 36V carrier battery with 16 Ah is the version with the round connector, used on Flyer e-bikes including the SIB, the Uproc and the Upstreet. Check the connector on your bike first: a battery with another plug type will not fit this one.
Two options are open. New Battery gets you a new pack at 16 Ah. Battery repair is for your existing battery: we bring back deeply discharged packs, replace a faulty BMS or circuit board and repair the charging port. After testing the cells and the BMS we send a proposal with the price, and we start once you approve. Declined proposals mean the pack goes back to you for the inspection fee stated on this page.
A cell replacement cannot be ordered for this SIB battery.
