That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.

Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

The 720 Wh battery of the SRAM Eagle Powertrain system carries part number 00.3018.354.001 and the cell code SRM-002-50SD; it is a 36V pack of 19.6 Ah built from 21700 cells. In our catalogue it belongs to the Nukeproof Megawatt Carbon, the Transition Repeater PT and the Berria Stratos.
