The cost of repairing an e-bike battery depends on the kind of repair and on the part that needs replacing. Replacing a fuse or a cable is a small repair. Larger repairs, such as replacing the battery pack or the electronics, cost hundreds of euros. In every case we tell you the cost beforehand.

How long a repair takes also depends on the kind of repair. A small repair is finished sooner than a complex one. The lead time also depends on how busy we are at the moment your repair is due to be carried out. You will find the current lead time on our lead time page.

KWS Seuren gives a 2-year warranty on all e-bike battery repairs. If the repaired part fails again within 2 years of the repair, KWS Seuren carries out the repair again free of charge.
