Lead time for an e-bike battery cell replacement
Our lead time for a cell replacement (re-celling) is 5 to 10 working days. It starts as soon as the battery has arrived with us. A special case can take longer, for example when we are waiting for parts or for a reply from the customer. It also happens that a battery is ready before the expected lead time is up.

What is the delivery time for a refurbished battery?
The delivery time for refurbished batteries depends on availability. Most of the products on our website can be delivered straight from stock. Now and then a refurbished battery is only built after you order it, for example because it is a type we do not see very often. We prepare the battery as soon as your order comes in. That way you get a battery that is as good as new, with the most recent cells. Every refurbished product also goes through a final test before it leaves us, so we know that the product arriving at your home is a good one.
What is the delivery time for accessories and chargers?
Our chargers and accessories are generally delivered within 1 week at most. If a product is not immediately in stock, we tell you beforehand.
