The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes. If you regularly have batteries from patient hoists, wheelchairs or mobility scooters, you do not need to register each one through this page. Each site can deliver with its own purchase reference while agreements and invoicing run centrally. How that works is on our business page.

Alber E-fix E35 and E36: new cells for the 36V battery
The Alber E-fix E35 and E36 power the drive of a manual wheelchair with a 36V 6Ah battery. Part numbers include 1565639 and 1566153.
Choose Battery revision and we replace all cells inside your own casing, so the battery comes back with its full 6 Ah. Before the work starts we test the battery and the charger, because a short range can also come from the electronics. The price is shown above, and the cell replacement has a two-year warranty.
If the battery no longer responds, choose Battery repair. After the intake test you receive a proposal with the price.
