Frequently asked questions
Some batteries are built in a way that rules out repair. The cells may be potted in glue, the casing may not open without being destroyed, or the software may refuse the battery once work has been done on it. Sometimes the BMS fails for good during the job. If this page lists a new or refurbished battery, that is your replacement. Private customers can hand in the old battery free of charge when they bring it in; businesses, please contact us first. The types we cannot repair are listed on our beyond-repair page.

Babboe Easi-A36: 36V cargo bike battery
The Easi-A36 is the 36V, 10 Ah carrier-mounted battery that Babboe used on its electric cargo bikes, including the City-E, the Big-E, the Curve-E and the Mini-E.
For this model no option can be selected on the page at the moment. Battery revision, Battery repair, new and refurbished are all marked as not available, so an order cannot be placed online.
A cargo bike that stands still costs you more than a few trips, so do not wait if the battery fails. Message us with the label details and what the bike does. Our workshop will look at whether a repair can still be scheduled for your Easi-A36 and let you know.
