The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.

BESV YTRT04 (Darfon) 36V: re-celled to 13.4 Ah for the Jaguar JS1
Darfon built the YTRT04 for the BESV Jaguar JS1: a 36V frame battery of 11.4 Ah, made with 10INR19/66-4 cells. The full code on the label reads TWEKA4C060051602075C.
This page offers one service for the pack: the Battery revision option, a complete cell replacement. All cells come out of your own casing, new ones go in and the pack comes back at 13.4 Ah, a little more than the factory figure. The price is shown above once the option is selected, and the new cells carry a two-year warranty.
A separate repair service is not listed for the YTRT04, so a pack that is dead rather than worn is best registered under Battery revision as well; we test the cells and the BMS first in every case.
