The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.

BMZ Brose 36V (DC159011637): re-celled to 16.7 Ah for Bulls e-bikes
Type DC159011637 is the 36V 10Ah BMZ battery listed under Brose. It is fitted to Bulls e-bikes including the E-Stream, the EVO, the Sturmvogel and the Lacuba.
Choose Battery revision, our full cell replacement, and the pack comes back with 16.7 Ah instead of 10 Ah. The housing and the connector are reused, so it slides into the frame as before. The price is shown above and the work carries a two-year warranty.

Which Bulls e-bikes use the DC159011637
Our catalogue lists six Bulls models on this BMZ pack: the E-Stream and the E-Stream E45, the Lacuba and the Lacuba E45, the EVO and the Sturmvogel. The E45 versions take the same battery as the regular models. On the label you will find DC159011637 together with a BMZ number such as 27345-01, 27345-02, 27345-06 or 27345-16. All of these are the same 36V pack and all register on this page. The page carries both names, BMZ and Brose, so whichever one is on your battery, you are in the right place.
