That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.

You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.

Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Cortina DT sport drive intube 36V: repair or a new 14 Ah pack
The E-Nite, E-Blau and E-Silento Pro carry this intube battery, type EBT-360-140S4B4A, also listed as CSDACCUDT400 and CSDACCUDT500: 36V, 14 Ah. It slides out of the down tube, so only the battery needs to travel.
A cell replacement is not offered for this pack, which is why Battery revision reads Not available. Two options are: Battery repair, for a deeply discharged pack, a failed BMS or circuit board or a damaged charging port, with a proposal before any work; and New Battery, an original 14 Ah pack listed on this page.
For a repair we test the cells and the BMS and send you the price; we start after your approval, and a declined proposal means the battery goes back for the inspection fee stated on this page.
