You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

E-bike Vision intube battery for Bosch, vertical 12.8 Ah
This is the vertical version of the E-bike Vision in-tube battery, built for Bosch PowerTube frames where the pack sits upright in the down tube. Capacity is 12.8 Ah at 36V.
Three options can be selected here. A New Battery is an unused E-bike Vision pack. A Refurbished Battery has been in use before and was then tested and restored by KWS; it keeps the 12.8 Ah rating. With Battery repair you send in the pack you have: after a test of the cells and the BMS you receive a proposal with the price. Nothing happens without your go-ahead, and if you say no, it comes back for the inspection fee stated on this page.
Does your bike hold the pack horizontally? Then order the horizontal version, a different product. A cell replacement is not available for this pack.
