. When you send us the battery, put your own charger in the box as well. We test them together.The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 13.4Ah, 10Ah, 20.1Ah, 16.7Ah, 26.8Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
Expect approximately 10 workdays from the moment your battery is booked in. The exact time depends on what we find in the intake test. You can follow the status in your own account, and the current lead time is on our lead-time page.

Flyer 26V: cell replacement for the Panasonic-era frame battery
From 2005 Flyer used this 26V battery with the Panasonic mid motor on its C, L, S, T and X series, models including the Flyer C8, the L10 and the Cargo. It holds 10 Ah new. Labels carry codes such as NKY309B2, NKY269B2, NKY314B2 or NKY236B02. The Battery revision option on this page means KWS fits new cells in your own Flyer casing.
You choose 10 Ah as on the original, or 13.4, 16.7 or 20.1 Ah for more range. Each capacity shows its own price above. Cells and board are tested before we start.
Only the electronics or the connector failing? Battery repair is the option for that, with a proposal once the test is done. KWS gives two years of warranty on the fitted cells.
