We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.

You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Giant EnergyPak Smart 625: repair for the integrated down tube battery
The EnergyPak Smart 625 is the 36V 16.7Ah battery that Giant builds into the down tube of e-bikes including the DailyTour E+, the Trance X E+, the Stance E+ and the Liv Intrigue E. We do not offer a cell replacement for it. What we do repair is a pack so deeply discharged that it no longer takes a charge, a failed BMS or circuit board, and a worn charging port.
Register the battery on this page and send it in. In the workshop we test the cells and the BMS and trace the fault. You then get a proposal with the price, and we only start after your approval. If you decline, the battery goes back to you for the inspection fee stated on this page.
