KWS Seuren does not stand still. This is what our batteries are built on:

  • Our own electronics development: as with other brands (Van Raam Cube batteries, for example), KWS Seuren has developed its own circuit boards. Parts that used to count as “beyond repair” can now be made to work again.

  • Transparent cell replacement process: batteries are opened up completely and tested thoroughly for capacity and safety, as well as charging speed. All the cells are replaced with new ones and the casing is repaired where needed.

  • Quality assurance: every cell replacement is tested and then given a final check, all to strict standards. Batteries are shipped in line with safety standards (discharged for transport, for example).

  • Sustainability and circular thinking: before turning to a new battery we look at cell replacement and reuse, and at an upgrade where one is possible. Customers get more for their money and the burden on the environment is lower.

  • Partnerships and recognition: we work with well-known brands and insurers (ENRA, for example) and have been recognised within the industry for innovation.
