We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.
We know after the intake test, because the price depends on the part that has failed. You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Expect approximately 10 workdays from the moment your battery is booked in. The exact time depends on what we find in the intake test. You can follow the status in your own account, and the current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Phylion EBT360 36V (EBT360-130L1SD1): repair for Veloci e-bikes
The Phylion EBT360, type EBT360-130L1SD1, is the 36V 13Ah carrier battery on Veloci e-bikes including the Spirit, Diamond and Hopper. A cell replacement is not available for this type at present; what we do offer is repair of the electronics, the BMS and the charging port, and recovery of a pack that has been left flat too long.
After you register the battery here, we open it in the workshop, test the cells and the BMS and trace the fault. You get a proposal with the price by email and decide for yourself whether to go ahead.
Decline, and we send the battery back for the inspection fee stated on this page. Accept, and the inspection is included in the repair. Pack your charger in the box as well so we can test the two together.
