The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.
In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Promovec downtube battery 50757-BL: new cells at 10 Ah
The Promovec downtube battery, type number 50757-BL, is a 36V 10 Ah pack on e-bikes including the EVO Fire Ridge, EVO Bushwick and EVO Kallio. Your label may instead show part number 50791-BL or one of the codes 50343, 50347 or 50595. Any of those brings you to the right page.
Pick the Battery revision option and we do a full cell replacement at 10 Ah, the same as the original. Your downtube casing stays, so the pack fits back on the frame as before. A two-year warranty covers the new cells, and you see the price above once you select it.
