We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.

We know after the intake test, because the price depends on the part that has failed. You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
Yes. If you regularly have batteries from patient hoists, wheelchairs or mobility scooters, you do not need to register each one through this page. Each site can deliver with its own purchase reference while agreements and invoicing run centrally. How that works is on our business page.

Segway PT i2 and x2 Saphion battery 20967-00001 repair
A Segway PT that will not power up often comes down to its Saphion battery. This pack carries type number 20967-00001, runs at 73V with 11.4 Ah, and fits the Segway PT i2 and the Segway PT x2. It charges through the Segway charging connector on an 84V charger.
We fix the pack itself. That means bringing back a deeply discharged pack, swapping a failed BMS or circuit board, or fixing the charging port. The Battery revision option reads Not available here, so new cells are not part of this page.
