The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.
Just the battery and the charger. The scooter stays with you. Take the battery out and register it on this page. If you cannot get it out, contact us first.
In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 30Ah, 35Ah, 20Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Yes. If you regularly have batteries from patient hoists, wheelchairs or mobility scooters, you do not need to register each one through this page. Each site can deliver with its own purchase reference while agreements and invoicing run centrally. How that works is on our business page.

SFM Oliver 500 36V lithium battery: new cells
This 36V lithium-ion battery is made for the SFM Oliver 500. Many of these scooters originally came with a lead battery of around 14 kilos; a lithium pack weighs between 3 and 8 kilos, depending on capacity.
The Battery revision option on this page is a full cell replacement in your lithium pack. You choose 20, 30 or 35 Ah, and the price for each capacity is shown above. More capacity means more distance per charge but also a little more weight.
We test the cells and the BMS before we rebuild. Charge a lithium battery with a matching lithium charger, never with the old lead charger. If the fault is in the electronics only, Battery repair is the option to choose. Your rebuilt Oliver pack carries a two-year warranty on its cells.
