The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.
Just the battery and the charger. The scooter stays with you. Take the battery out and register it on this page. If you cannot get it out, contact us first.
In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.

Sinc 72V scooter battery 190819-000015: cell replacement at 16.7 Ah
The 190819-000015 is a 72V Sinc scooter battery of 16 Ah. When a full charge no longer takes you as far as it did, the cells have worn out. The Sinc CSB 60V pack is a different battery with its own page, so read the number on your label first.
The Battery revision option is a full cell replacement inside your own housing, at 16.7 Ah, a little above the original 16 Ah. The casing, the connector and the fit on the scooter stay as they are. Select the option above to see the price; the new cells carry a two-year warranty.
