. When you send us the battery, put your own charger in the box as well. We test them together.The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 10Ah, 13.4Ah, 20.1Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Sparta Fold-E 24V: new cells at 10 Ah
The Sparta Fold-E is a folding e-bike with a 24V frame battery of 6 Ah. Look for type number CZ-736, CZ-736A or CZ-739(AS) on the label to confirm you have this pack.
After some years the small original capacity drops even further. A Battery revision on the Fold-E pack is a full cell replacement in your own casing at 10 Ah, which gives the bike clearly more range than it ever had. The price is shown above.
Cells and BMS get measured first. If the fault lies in the board or the charging socket, Battery repair gives you a proposal with the price first. For the Fold-E cells you get a two-year warranty.
