We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.
Just the battery and the charger. The scooter stays with you. Take the battery out and register it on this page. If you cannot get it out, contact us first.
We know after the intake test, because the price depends on the part that has failed. You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Stark Varg 1.0: repair for the electric motorbike battery
The Stark Varg 1.0 is an electric motorbike, and its frame battery is far bigger than an e-bike pack. That matters for getting it to us: it is too large for a normal parcel. Send it by pallet, at extra cost that you pay, or drop it off at our counter.
A cell replacement is not offered for this battery; the Battery revision option reads Not available. What we repair is a pack in deep discharge, a failed BMS or circuit board, and a damaged charging port.
Register the battery on this page first. Once the cells and the BMS have been tested, a proposal with the price follows. Work starts only after your approval; decline, and the battery goes back for the inspection fee stated on this page.
