The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 20Ah, 35Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.

Super Soco TS, TSx and TC: the 60V 17S10P pack re-celled
The TS, TSx and TC run on the same removable 60V pack, a 17S10P configuration of 32.1 Ah when new. After years of daily charging the cells fade and the scooter loses range long before the casing or the electronics give up.
Select Battery revision on this page for a full cell replacement in your own housing. You choose 20 Ah, a lighter pack for short commutes, or 35 Ah, slightly more than the original. The price for each capacity is shown above once you select it. Every re-celled pack is charged, tested and sent back with a two-year warranty.
A pack that no longer charges or is not recognised by the scooter goes through Battery repair first: we test the cells and the BMS and send you a proposal with the price before we begin.
