The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.

The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 10Ah, 13.4Ah, 16.7Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.

TurnLife TL-3613A: cell replacement for the 36V carrier battery
The TL-3613A is a 36V carrier battery from TurnLife, used on E-bikez e-bikes, with 11 Ah from the factory. KWS replaces the worn cells inside your own casing. On this page that is called the Battery revision option, a full cell replacement.
There are three capacities: 10, 13.4 or 16.7 Ah. Note that 10 Ah is a little below the original 11 Ah and gives slightly less range than the pack had new; 13.4 and 16.7 Ah give more. Each capacity has its own price, listed above.
Before any cells go in, we test the pack and its BMS. A fault in the board or the charging port is handled through Battery repair, with a proposal after the test. Two years of warranty cover the new cells.
