We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.

You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Vestel battery 10133835 for Bimas e-bikes: repair
Your Bimas e-bike will not start, or the battery refuses to charge. The pack behind it is the Vestel 36V 15 Ah with type number 10133835, used on Bimas models including the eCity 7.1, eCity 7.3, eCity 3.0 and eCargo Economy 2025.
We repair a deeply discharged pack, a defective BMS or circuit board and a worn 3-pin charging port. The Battery revision option reads Not available on this page, so we do not offer cell replacement for this one.
