We do not offer a cell replacement for this type. That means one of two things: the cells cannot be taken out of this battery, or we have not seen enough of them yet to set a fixed price for a cell replacement. Repair is possible. The fault is then usually in the charging port or the electronics. Register the battery on this page, we run an intake test and send you a quote. We only start once you have agreed.
Just the battery and the charger. The scooter stays with you. Take the battery out and register it on this page. If you cannot get it out, contact us first.
We know after the intake test, because the price depends on the part that has failed. You get a quote first. Expect more than €95. That amount is our inspection fee, and you only pay it if you turn down our proposal; we then send the battery back. If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
That depends on how busy the workshop is and on what we find in the intake test, so we do not quote a fixed number of days here. The current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Zeeho AE6 City Sport: repair of the 60V scooter battery
The Zeeho AE6 City Sport carries a 60V battery of 32 Ah. For this scooter pack KWS offers a repair rather than a cell replacement; the Battery repair option on this page is the one to choose.
What we repair: recovery of a deeply discharged pack that the charger no longer accepts, replacement of the BMS or the circuit board, and repair of the charging port. After arrival we test the cells and the BMS, you receive a proposal with the price, and we start after your approval. If you decline, the battery goes back for the inspection fee stated on this page.
A pack that has been standing empty all winter is often recoverable. Do not keep trying to charge it; send it in as it is.
