If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
You choose from 10Ah, 13.4Ah. More Ah means more energy in the same casing, so you get further on one charge. How much further depends on load, riding style, wind and temperature, which is why we do not quote kilometres. What we do guarantee: the capacity you order is the capacity you get.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Your Cortina Ecomo Sport Drive battery gives up well before the end of your route. This 36V pack is made by Phylion, left the factory with 11 Ah and charges on a 42V charger. It sits in bikes including the Cortina E-Roots, E-Yoya Sport Drive, Ecomo and Transport.
The Battery revision option on this page replaces every cell in your own casing. 13.4 Ah takes you above the original 11 Ah; 10 Ah sits just below it and mainly suits short trips. Select a capacity to see its price above; the new cells carry a two-year warranty.
