Resetting your e-bike battery

Is your battery completely dead, or is the reading on the display wrong? A reset often fixes that. Switch the bike off, take the battery out and check the contact points. Connect the battery to the charger for a few hours, then put it back until it clicks into place.

Did the reset not help?
