. When you send us the battery, put your own charger in the box as well. We test them together.The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.
In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
Expect approximately 10 workdays from the moment your battery is booked in. The exact time depends on what we find in the intake test. You can follow the status in your own account, and the current lead time is on our lead-time page.

Your Giant EnergyPak 500 Smart shows no charge, or your Explore E or Deliver E cuts out early? This 36V frame pack holds 13.8 Ah and carries type number 700000013 and part number GIP560301. We repair it; Battery revision above reads Not available because cell replacement is not offered for this EnergyPak.
The 625 Wh and 800 Wh EnergyPak versions have their own pages, so check your label for 700000013. On this one we bring back a pack stuck in deep discharge, replace a dead BMS or circuit board and fix a charging port that lost contact, inside your own casing.
