Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Expect approximately 10 workdays from the moment your battery is booked in. The exact time depends on what we find in the intake test. You can follow the status in your own account, and the current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Haibike intube 50.4V battery: repair of the 12Ah pack
This Haibike intube battery runs at 50.4V with 12 Ah, a voltage that sits between the usual 36V and 48V systems. Check that 50.4V on the label of your own pack before you register it.
We do not re-cell this type. What we offer is repair: recovering a deeply discharged pack, replacing a failed BMS or circuit board, and fixing the charging port. In the workshop we test the cells and the BMS, then send you a proposal with the price.
Nothing is done before you agree. If you decline, the battery returns to you for the inspection fee stated on this page.
