Why the process matters

More and more people have an e-bike battery repaired or re-celled instead of buying a new one. What they want most is clarity:

  • What is wrong with my battery?

  • What does it cost?

  • How long does it take?

So we set up the whole process around those questions, from registration to return shipment. The website and the system behind it follow the same steps as the workshop.

Faster and clearer handling of e-bike battery repairs

This is what the system does for you:

  • You register your battery online, choose how it gets to us and receive a confirmation straight away.

  • The workshop, planning and customer service work from the same file, so the diagnosis and our proposal reach you sooner.

  • You get a message at each step: receipt, diagnosis, costs, approval and shipping. You always know where your battery is.

Our aim: as little waiting as possible, and no guessing.

Clear costs and options

No two batteries are the same. Sometimes we replace the cells, sometimes only the electronics need repairing, and sometimes a new battery is the only safe option.

On the website you can see:

  • which kinds of repair and cell replacement we offer

  • what the price ranges are

  • which choices you have, for example a higher capacity or a replacement battery

That way you can judge before you send anything which solution fits your situation and your budget.

A clear lead time

Being without your e-bike for weeks is annoying. We know. So we keep the lead time as short as we can.

The system helps with that, because:

  • workshop planning and logistics are closely aligned

  • we can start as soon as parts have come in

  • we can give you a realistic expected lead time before we start

The current lead time is on our lead time page, so you can check it before you send in your battery.

In Dutch, German and English

We work for customers in several countries, and the website comes in three languages:

  • Dutch, for the Netherlands and Belgium
  • German, for Germany
  • English, for anyone in Europe who prefers to read in English

In each language you find the same information about repair and cell replacement, and you can register a battery in the same way.

For private and business customers

The same process works for very different customers:

  • private customers with one or two e-bikes

  • bike shops and service points that send in batteries regularly

  • companies and organisations with larger e-bike fleets

With business customers we are happy to make fixed arrangements, for example on logistics, lead time and reporting.

We keep improving

We are not finished, and we do not expect to be. The system and the website keep changing, based on what we see in the workshop and on what customers tell us. The aim stays the same: a safe battery and a repair or cell replacement without surprises.

Have you run into something in the registration or repair process? Let us know. Your feedback shows us the things we would otherwise miss.
