No, you get 14 Ah again. We do not offer a higher capacity for this battery.
Then you hear that after the initial test and pay nothing. If we offer a solution and you decide against it, you pay €95 in inspection costs and we send the battery back.

. When you send us the battery, put your own charger in the box as well. We test them together.The price appears at the top of this page as soon as you select Battery revision (our full cell replacement) and a capacity. Shipping is included, and so is the intake test: you do not pay for it separately when we re-cell your battery. If the intake test shows that something else is needed, you get a new proposal first. Only if you turn that down do we charge the €95 inspection fee.
In a cell replacement we swap every cell in your battery for a new one. The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Yamaha EBP 2017 14 Ah: re-cell or electronics
This 36 V battery of 14 Ah sits on the rear rack of, among others, the Batavus Razer, Senero and Zonar and the Haibike Alltrack. With a re-cell we replace the cells; your battery comes back with its original 14 Ah and a 2-year warranty. Does it no longer switch on or charge while the cells are still good? Then we repair or replace the electronics.
