The electronics have a fault that cannot be fixed, not by us either. A repair is no use then. A new 14 Ah battery is the solution.

If you accept, you pay for the repair and no inspection fee. If there is nothing we can do for your battery, it costs you nothing.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Expect approximately 10 workdays from the moment your battery is booked in. The exact time depends on what we find in the intake test. You can follow the status in your own account, and the current lead time is on our lead-time page.
Yes, on the work we carried out and on the parts we replaced. The warranty does not cover parts of the battery we did not work on. If we repair the charging port, for example, the cells are not included. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.

Yamaha RDT 14 Ah: new battery or electronics
This frame battery of 36 V and 14 Ah is fitted to, among others, the Batavus Dinsdag, Pulzar and Razer and the Haibike HardNine. For this type you have two options. If your battery is worn out, you choose a new 14 Ah battery. It costs less than a re-cell, which is why we don't offer one here. If only the electronics have failed and the cells are still good, we repair or replace the electronics.
One fault we cannot fix: if the first and fourth lights flash together, the electronics can no longer be repaired. Then the new battery is the answer. Other types are in the overview of all Yamaha batteries.
