An ordinary defect is not the same as a transport-critical battery
A battery with a normal technical fault can be transported differently from a battery that is badly damaged or swollen, or where we suspect thermal damage. That is why we assess such batteries in advance, before anything is transported.
Several locations and batches
Does your organisation have several locations? Then fixed collection times and return equipment such as crates, roll cages or pallets can become part of the process, where that is practical and the transport rules allow it.
Traceability
Order and batch references stay linked to the technical work. So afterwards you can check what happened to a specific battery or consignment. Registration and tracking run through the business portal.
In practice
For a mobility aid provider, returns run from several branches: batteries are collected there and tested in Beugen. Boat Bike Tours had 102 fleet batteries assessed in three rounds, of 16, 49 and 37 batteries.
In maritime projects we assess type, condition, packaging and location in advance, before transport is arranged.
What you can count on
Your own references
business orders can be tracked per battery or batch under your reference
ISO 9001:2015
certified for battery repair and cell replacement
Assessed in advance
a damaged battery is only transported once condition and packaging have been assessed
Frequently asked questions
No. Which collection and shipping options are available depends on your account, the location, the volume, the condition and the type of shipment.
Not without an assessment in advance. The condition and the transport classification determine the packaging and the transport.
For certain business processes, crates, roll cages or other equipment can be part of the agreement. We set that up per customer.
The options vary by country and by type of transport. We assess international shipments in advance. There is no single arrangement that covers every shipment.
