About KWS Seuren
KWS Seuren specialises in the repair and revision of batteries for e-bikes, mobility aids and other applications. We work for bicycle shops, care institutions and insurers in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. With a team of around 25 colleagues we build on quality, safety and sustainability every day. Our technology is solid. Now we are further building our commercial structure. That is why we are looking for someone who builds relationships, brings structure and actively contributes to growth.
What will you do?
This role consists of two closely connected parts.
Commerce and relationship management (60%)
You actively maintain contact with bicycle shops and care partners, follow up on quotes, spot opportunities and make sure agreements are kept.
- Approach new B2B customers and follow up in a structured way
- Contact existing or dormant customers
- Create overview in customer management
- Think along about how to improve our commercial approach
Allround role: customer and process (40%)
Besides the commercial part, you are an important link in daily operations. You follow our processes, keep an overview and make sure nothing is left behind.
- Handle phone and email professionally and clearly
- Process quotes and orders carefully
- Keep an overview of ongoing cases
- Monitor turnaround times and adjust in time
- Keep customers actively informed of the status
What are we looking for in you?
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- A commercial mindset
- You enjoy making contact and building relationships
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview
- You are digitally skilled and open to AI tools
- You communicate clearly, professionally and down to earth
Experience with batteries is not required. Interest in technology and a willingness to learn are more important to us.
