As a working foreman/woman you combine technology with leadership. You work actively in the workshop yourself and make sure the team runs smoothly.
Your role
- You help test, repair and revise batteries
- You direct colleagues, divide the work and monitor the planning
- You safeguard the quality of the process and that safety rules are followed
- You are the point of contact for the team and liaise with management
What we ask
- Technical background and experience in a directing role
- You like to take action and are not afraid to get hands-on
- Good at planning, organising and motivating colleagues
- Positive attitude and a feel for team spirit
What you get
- Full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30), in line with CAO Metaal & Techniek
- Salary EUR 2,600 - 3,200 gross per month, depending on experience
