About this role
You start your day at 08:30 in our new, modern premises in Beugen. The atmosphere is relaxed: short lines, open communication and everyone knows what is going on. From 09:00 the first calls and emails come in. A bicycle shop wants to know whether a battery is ready for shipment; you check the system, give an update and schedule the shipment. Then you answer a private customer's question about how long a battery will last.
During the morning you process new orders, register a warranty claim and draw up a quote for a business customer. In the afternoon you update ongoing orders, work through emails and help a marketing colleague. Every day at KWS Seuren you contribute concretely to a more sustainable world by giving e-bike batteries a second life.
What will you do?
- Answer calls and emails about revision, repair, delivery time and warranty
- Advise on basic technical questions about batteries, charging and compatibility
- Register customer contact and follow up open cases
- Manage expectations: clear delivery times and status updates
- Work together with the technical department
- Check and draw up quotes
- Administrative tasks: booking in batteries, warranty claims, invoicing
Who are we looking for?
- You are communicative, customer-focused and service-minded
- You have a good command of German (spoken and written), as we regularly have German customers
- English is a plus
- Affinity with technology is a plus; experience with batteries is nice but not a hard requirement
- You work independently, accurately and are administratively skilled
- Team player, flexible and versatile
