The casing and the connector stay yours, so the battery fits back in its place afterwards. Before we start, we run an intake test. If the problem is somewhere else, say the charging port or the electronics, you hear that first and get a proposal that fits. KWS Seuren has been re-celling batteries since 2017.
Register your battery on this page and follow the steps at checkout; we arrange the collection and send you the tracking details by email, with the time the courier will come. Put in the box: the printed insert form, the battery, the charger, and the key in a sealed envelope if your battery has a lock (do not tape it to the battery). Without the charger and the key we cannot test your battery fully. Your bike stays at home. Ask the courier for a proof of handover; that is your proof of shipping.
Two years. It covers the new cell pack and every part we replace during the cell replacement, including a new circuit board. We guarantee the capacity you order, not a number of kilometres. The full terms are in our warranty conditions.
If the casing is still intact, a cell replacement is usually the cheaper option. E-bike Vision makes this 36V in-tube battery for e-bikes with a Bosch PowerTube in the horizontal position. It holds 12.8 Ah and slides into the down tube in place of the original pack.
On this page you choose between three routes. New Battery gets you a new E-bike Vision pack. Refurbished Battery is a used pack of the same 12.8 Ah that we have tested and restored. Battery repair is for the pack you already own: we test the cells and the BMS, you get a proposal with the price, and we only begin once you approve. Turn it down and we return the battery for the inspection fee stated on this page.
